New kayaking, snorkeling and diving activities combine nature, local gastronomy and environmental education in the heart of Montgrí, Medes Islands and Baix Ter Natural Park.

With the arrival of spring and warmer Mediterranean waters, Medaqua is preparing for an exciting 2026 season on the Costa Brava.

From our base in L’Estartit, located in the Montgrí, Medes Islands and Baix Ter Natural Park, we continue to promote sustainable ecotourism activities in the Mediterranean.

Our mission is to help visitors discover the natural beauty of the Costa Brava in a responsible and immersive way.

One of the highlights of the season is our kayak and gastronomy experiences, where participants explore hidden coves and sea caves along the Montgrí coast by kayak, followed by a traditional beach barbecue with local products.

All activities follow a zero-waste protocol to minimize environmental impact.

Environmental education programs

Medaqua also expands its educational marine programs for schools and summer camps, including:
